Job Summary
Tetra Pak is running the Next Chapter Systems Platform (NCSP) programme, implementing S/4 Hana in Tetra Pak to replace our old SAP ECC solutions over the next 5 years.
We are seeking skilled Project Coordinators to join our dynamic team in our NCSP Journey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of our NCSP journey through requirements gathering, design, test, data migration, cutover & hyper care. As a project coordinator, you will play a crucial role in 2 major areas in NCSP: Testing and Satellite Systems.
In the Testing area, you will act as Test Phase coordinator, supporting our Systems Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). In the Sattellite systems, your focus is on Cutover and service transitioning.
In the course of your role, you will of course be involved in developing and implementing SAP best practice and Standard and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
What you will do
Test Phase Coordination:
- Coordinate all testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, including test planning, test execution, and test reporting.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and timelines.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools.
- Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
- Provide regular status updates on testing progress to project stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate any issues or risks that may impact the testing phase or project delivery.
- Ensure to formulate and drive 'Risk Mitigations' with proactive engagement.
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Cutover & Service Transition Coordination
- Coordinate all satellite systems (e.g., P2, SAP ECC, external apps, etc.) are accounted for in cutover planning, with clear role assignments and rollback strategies.
- Track and manage cutover dependencies across satellite systems, ensuring readiness for dress rehearsals and final go-live.
- Facilitate cutover checkpoint meetings, provide status updates, and ensure issues are tracked and resolved promptly.
- Own and drive the execution plan for Service Transition during the SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.
- Coordinate the ramp-down of legacy support and ramp-up of S/4 support, ensuring SLA, and operational alignment.
- Lead project governance and status reporting, ensuring all milestones, risks, and dependencies are identified and proactively managed.
- Define and implement knowledge capture mechanisms from incumbent teams to new support structures.
We believe you have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in an IT project delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, HP ALM).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
- Experience with global SAP S/4 HANA brownfield conversions and multi-vendor SAP environments.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) and integration landscapes.
- Exposure to data migration, testing, and cutover planning as part of transformation programs.
- Ability to work across time zones and manage cutover activities.
- Comfort with Jira, MS Project, Excel trackers, or similar tools for fast tracking.
