GENERAL MANAGER - STOCKHOLM

Are you an experienced leader ready to drive growth and innovation in a highly specialised industrial sector? We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven General Manager to take full leadership of operations for a well-established company in a highly specialised industrial sector. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategic direction, lead a committed team, and play a key role in the long-term success of the business.

• Provide strong, hands-on leadership and technical sales support across the business
• Develop and implement commercial and operational strategies aligned with short and long-term goals
• Foster a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, development, and collaboration
• Drive business development by expanding market presence and strengthening customer and supplier relationships
• Oversee inventory and product performance to optimise availability and financial efficiency
• Represent the company at key regional exhibitions and industry events
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and alignment with group-wide standards and objectives
• Collaborate with international group functions in engineering, sales, and quality assurance

• A proven leader with experience in managing teams, operations, and sales within a technical or industrial product environment
• A strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a hands-on approach
• Customer-focused with the ability to communicate and build trust across technical and commercial stakeholders
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal; other languages are considered a plus
• Ideally experienced in or familiar with the aviation refueling sector
• Educated in or experienced with mechanical or process engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business software
• In possession of a valid driver’s license suitable for travel across the Nordics and Baltics

This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm-area office, with regular travel required across the Nordic and Baltic markets and occasional visits to suppliers in Europe.
