Experienced Business Analyst to help us drive the development of processes and IT solutions

Within the Digital Engineering Solutions, we develop processes, methods, and system support to enable short development cycles and modularisation in TRATON’s product development process. Within the Product Portfolio and Issue Management Solutions, as part of Digital Engineering Solutions, we develop IT solutions, methods, and processes for TRATON to handle any deviations throughout the whole product life cycle.
The Senior Business Analyst role
Your role is to analyse the needs of TRATON with regard to requirements and translate this into an idea of how we, in the best possible way, can support these needs with methods, processes, and IT solutions. That means that you need to take ownership of analysing and refining given tasks, so that a team of developers can deliver appropriate solutions. You need to be a team player to support various relevant stakeholders within the TRATON group.
Who we believe that you are
- You have experience working as a Business and IT Analyst and/or Product Owner.
- You can identify and analyse stakeholders’ needs, and you can translate these needs into requirements that you can coordinate, communicate, facilitate, and lead the implementation of.
- You are familiar with Enterprise Architecture solutions.
- You appreciate working in teams as well as working on your own, and you can prioritize your own work.
- You want to work cross-functionally within R&D and other parts of the TRATON group.
- You are pedagogical and you can simplify rather than deepen - visualise, educate, and inform.
- You have a customer focus, which you show by understanding the needs of Scania.
- You are fluent in English.
Qualities that we look for
- Meritorious knowledge of Finance Processes
- Meritorious is good knowledge of the Swedish or German language.
- Preferably, you should have good domain knowledge within the area of TRATON and Scania R&D and/or Scania IT.
- You have experience with agile ways of working, using methods/frameworks like Scrum and/or SAFe.
This is us
You will be part of a competent and ambitious team that works agilely and with close contact with the customers. The team works closely together to deliver value for TRATON Group R&D and Scania BID – where the solutions are globally used. The applications delivered by the team are tools used for portfolio planning, solution controlling, and supporting in the software development for products used by the engineers.
The competence mix in the team ranges from product ownership to architecture and together with the customers and colleagues from TRATON Group R&D, we form an eco-system ensuring the right product portfolio management and issue management solutions.
In our roadmap, we have a vast number of interesting assignments coming up ahead. We are transforming the entire solution landscape used by the entire TRATON Group R&D. We are also challenging and transforming into a new flow, where we are daily challenged in communication, global transparency, and securing deliveries.
