CRM Specialist to Samsung
Samsung is looking for a driven CRM Specialist to join their team in Stockholm. In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative CRM function responsible for executing data-driven, cross-channel campaigns that engage and convert. This assignment is a full-time consulting assignment starting july 2025 and running for 12 months.
About the roleAs a CRM Specialist, you’ll be central to the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns and initiatives across various digital platforms. Reporting to the CRM Lead and working closely with the Creative and SDS teams (including international counterparts), you'll take ownership of campaign execution, audience segmentation, and ongoing optimization based on data insights. This role requires hands-on operational work, stakeholder collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement in CRM communication.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns across B2C and marketing automation channels
- Implement go-to-market communication plans and support cross-channel execution
- Manage A/B testing to optimize messaging, design, and performance
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to align campaign timelines and assets
- Operate within Adobe Campaign and its Taxi subsystem to execute campaign activities
- Define segmentation strategies and manage data/insight requests with analytics partners
- Collaborate with Samsung's European HQ and local stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Support proofreading, quality assurance, and creative briefing processes
You are a structured and proactive marketer with solid experience in CRM campaign execution and a strong eye for detail. Your analytical mindset and digital fluency make you comfortable navigating platforms and dashboards to improve campaign performance. Ideally, you’ve worked in a fast-paced, international environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing direct-to-consumer business unit.
Experience and skills- Minimum 3 years of experience working with CRM communications
- Proven hands-on expertise in campaign execution, including A/B testing and optimization
- Experience working in Adobe Campaign or similar CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation and audience targeting in a marketing context
- Familiarity with content performance analysis and using data to refine communication strategies
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Comfortable working in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus
- Previous experience in a multinational or global organization is preferred
