We at Maandag Nordic are now looking for a Senior Functional Consultant within Dynamics 365 for our end client for an ERP implementation of D365.

Start: As soon as possible
Location: Stockholm, hybrid possible
Duration: Full time for 12 months, with possibility for extension

Our client is an international, globally recognized brand within the retail market, that makes both products for the B2B and D2C market. They are in the middle of a project to implement Dynamics 365 for different parts of their organization, and we are now looking for an experienced Functional Consultant within D365 that can come in and strengthen the team as they move into the next phase of the project. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Integration Design Documents (IDDs), test scripts, and D365 system configurations. They will ensure functional requirements are clearly documented and aligned with production and retail processes.

The Dynamics 365 components that will be implemented are:
- F&O
- Supply Chain Management
- IVS

Besides implementation, there is also a large transformation part to this project. They are moving in phases from the legacy system, Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012, to Dynamics 365. We are looking for a functional consultant with strong production experience, ideally within a retail context. This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, communicative, and confident collaborating across diverse teams.

To be successful in this role, we see that you have the following areas of experience:

- Extensive hands-on experience with D365 in a production environment, preferably within retail, and more importantly within B2B
- Experience with Product Information Management, Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Understanding of the value chain, supplier lifecycle, forecasting, and planning
- Experience in configuration and functional solutioning
- Experience of change and adoption in the organisation, through organising end-user training, testing etc.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Swedish is a plus but not a must) 
- Experience with working with K3 Fashion Sales is a plus

Furthermore, we think that it's important that you are outgoing as a person – that you ask questions, speak up and collaborates effectively. We see it as important that you have excellent communication and documentation skills, and that you have a flexible way of working together with the rest of the team.
