AI Adoption at TRATON Financial Services

We are currently exploring innovative ways to enhance personal efficiency through the adoption of Microsoft Copilot. We seek 2 part-time students for 6 months with possible prolongation, starting as soon as possible, to help with AI adoption.

We think this is an excellent opportunity for students to gain early insights into cutting-edge AI applications, specifically focusing on the practical applications of Microsoft Copilot. This position allows students to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, collaborate with industry professionals, and contribute to AI advancements within the organisation. Additionally, it offers a unique chance to learn how AI enhances internal and personal efficiency, offering a comprehensive insight into its practical uses and challenges within a corporate environment.

Key Areas

• Personal Efficiency Improvement Using AI: Explore and provide case studies or suggestions on how AI tools like Copilot can enhance personal productivity within our organization.
• Increasing Efficiency for Internal Alignment Meetings Using AI: Identify use cases to streamline and improve the effectiveness of our internal meetings using AI.
• Enhancing Business Process Efficiency Using AI: Analyze our current business processes and recommend AI-based improvements to increase overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing an Assignment Directive: Collaborate with our Data Transformation Lead to define the scope of the initiative.
• Identify Suitable Personas and Target Groups: Determine the personas and groups that will benefit most from Co-Pilot adoption.
• Select Co-Pilot Solutions: Identify and choose Co-Pilot solutions that cater to the selected personas and target groups.
• Ensure Adoption: Create engaging content pieces designed to educate and encourage the use of AI tools among our staff, including the creation of simple KPIs (e.g., snackables, 1-on-1s, or workshops).
• Analyse Results: Evaluate the effectiveness of the adoption and make necessary adjustment to ensure successful adoption.
