Flow lead

Join our dynamic Contract Logistics team as a Flow Lead in beautiful Eskilstuna, Sweden!

Your Role

You will be responsible for managing the workflow of outbound orders from release into the workload until departure from the FC. As a Flow Lead, you will support operations management by setting plans based on system requirements and manpower to ensure smooth outbound operations

Your Responsibilities

• Coordination with Control tower on resource vs volumes.
• Responsible for prioritizing different process paths according to customers set of priorities.
• Monitor CPT risk and insure adequate resources are deployed to keep the risk level within the threshold.
• Escalating to outbound area manager if plan is not adhered to.
• Ensure LaGrange hourly capacity is a true reflection of the actual resources deployed on site

Your Skills and Experiences

• Previous experience in Contract Logistics or warehousing;
• Good knowledge of AFT-X and NSSP (mandatory);
• Advanced level of English; Swedish is a plus.
• Availability to work in a shift model.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced computer literacy.
