DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER SOURCING & SUSTAINABILITY

The purpose of the role Digital Processes Manager is to provide the proper business analysis to support decision making and to ensure that the sourcing & sustainability- data, tools and processes are used in the correct way to support supplier consolidation, science-based target initiative, CRSD and sales growth by actively supporting people. The systems and processes should guide Bufab acting professionally, efficiently with predictability, providing a sustainable framework for World´s Best Supplier Base.
Responsibilities
- Training new sourcing people in the group and secure that the right software is installed by IT according to the user role.
- Ensures continued use of processes and tools in the group to support reaching KPI´s for Sourcing
- Ensures high success rate on offered RFQs everybody understands and uses the process, OTR.
- Ensures Supplier Base consolidation during RFQ process.
- Ensure Science based target initiative will be visualized for our users with base line and how their projects and daily actions affect the progress to the committed target.
- Actively communicates with the regions regarding master data, tools and processes.
- Help categories in evaluation of best cost calculation models.
- Supports senior management with reports and analysis
- Weekly update of material price indexes
Who are you
- Higher education in economics or any technical field or equivalent professional experience,
- Strong communication, project management and negotiation skills,
- Fluent English,
- Ability to find competence discrepancy in the sourcing organization
- Strong knowledge of Bufab supplier base,
- Strong understanding of 4 steps RFQ process (preparation, tender, awarding, closing)
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Passionate about learning & driven by results.
Location
The location is based in Sweden in one of our offices. Preferably Värnamo but our office in Göteborg can also be considered for the right candidate.
