IT Technical Support
We are looking for a Swedish speaking IT Technical Support for a global company in Mölndal, Gothenburg.
Start is in June, 7 month's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
Profile/tasks:
- Working in 2nd line support as Tech support.
- Support with TENA SmartCare tickets in our support center Zendesk. Preferably both software and Hardware tickets, as well as firmware upgrade and monitoring of devices.
- Give solutions and reply to internal customers globally.
- Coordinate with 3rd line support.
- Preferably worked with Medical Device products before.
- Swedish and English speaking
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Mölndal, Gothenburg. Start is in June, 7 month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
