Sourcing Compliance Lead
We are seeking a collaborative and structured driver to play a critical role in supporting our company's growth and ensuring business continuity through adherence to regulatory and other general requirements on our supplier base. As a key member of our Global Sourcing Excellence team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to implement and drive the Sourcing compliance agenda incl risk mitigation approach in balance with business needs.

In your daily work you will collaborate with multiple colleagues within Global Sourcing and from other Axis functions.
Your contribution to Global Sourcing is of high importance to secure that we work in an efficient and aligned way related to compliance which will be crucial to support our company's growth and manage internal as well as external requirements.
What you'll do here as Sourcing Compliance Lead?
* Establish and drive the role and process within Global Sourcing.
* Represent Sourcing in relevant risk and compliance forums at Axis.
* Take ownership of the overview of Sourcing related compliance requirements, incl deadlines, statuses and activities.
* Keep our compliance platform, it's data and documentation updated and support users.
* Prioritize and follow up on relevant Sourcing requirements incl their risk assessments.
* Drive compliance activities at Sourcing including legacy management and implementation of new processes.
* Ensure that business has prerequisites such as needed resources, alignment with other functions and relevant system support to take on new compliance processes.
* Follow-up adherence to new compliance regulations in daily processes at Sourcing.
* Develop and track relevant performance indicators to secure compliance and drive continuous improvements in process, system and data.
* Manage compliance communications internally at Sourcing and externally to our suppliers.
* As part of the Global Sourcing Excellence team, support and drive continuous improvements in our ways of working and our different collaborations.

You want to understand the big picture but also eagerly deep dive into the details. You are a well-structured and result-oriented person with a keen interest in continuous improvements. You have an ability to translate complex requirements to easily understandable deliverables and business impact. You master the art of influencing all the levels of an organization.
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* A degree in Industrial Economy, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years' experience within sourcing, supply chain, process or regulations management.
* Experience from digitalizing processes.
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
* Excellent MS office skills, experience in Atlassian system (Jira & Confluence) and easy adoption to system usage.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize effectively.
* A positive attitude and the willingness to learn and develop both yourself and others.
* Good understanding of Sourcing and Supply Chain processes.
* Curiosity and genuine interest in motivating and developing people and processes
