Key Responsibilities
- Align capacity with demand to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product integrity by balancing trade results with customer commitments.
- Monitor bookings & utilization, taking corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Tonnage, CCC, CG, Pricing, PTSO) to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage space allocations, charters, and vessel planning.
- Contribute to decarbonization through enhancement of operational efficiency.
- Drive efficiency and cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
Your Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in shipping (Service, Commercial Growth, or Business Operations).
- Strong commercial and operational understanding of shipping.
- Knowledge of our service networks, cargo flows and vessels.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Decisive yet adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive informed decisions.
- Proven track record of driving improvements in efficiency, cost optimization, or processes in previous roles.
- Ability to analyze voyage calculations and profitability.
