Fullstack Java developer in Corporate Payments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and software components, including both backend and frontend functionality.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
- Be able to work 24/7 on-call every fourth week making sure our service is up and running according to the SLAs.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of software features.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies within the SAFe framework.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in Payment domain is beneficial.
- At least 4y experience in Java development, including proficiency with Java frameworks and libraries
- Understanding of microservice architecture, experience in API development and building microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Experience with Angular is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools preferably OpenShift.
- Experience integrating APIs and microservices with external systems and services.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience working in collaborative development environments, following best practices such as version control, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently
