About this opportunity:
Join our newly established unit Engineering Services and Experience as a System Architect!
As a System Architect, you will be part of the Engineering Environment Radio Interface Traffic Tool Simulation area. You will drive and participate in architecture solutions through studies and support designers throughout the development process. Together with peer architects and product development teams, you will manage the development program's technical roadmap by aligning it with user needs. Collaboration across Engineering Units will be key to secure that our simulator portfolio is evolving in the right way.
Engineering Services and Experience (ESE) is within the RAN Software & Compute Platforms Engineering unit (RCE). Its primary goal is to enhance Developer Experience and drive technology evolution and optimization of the engineering environment flows for open and cloud-native RAN software development.

What you will do:
• Drive and participate in technical studies
• Manage program technical roadmap evolving simulation portfolio landscape with new test tool concepts that are business case anchored
• Chair relevant technical forums
• Drive synergies and establishing best practice knowledge management, sharing, and re-use
• Deliver results in order to meet stakeholder expectations
• Bring high energy and use your excellent leadership skills to make things happen
The skills you bring:
• > 3 years of Engineering Environment Technical Leadership
• Continuous exploration and ideation to further improve the engineering environment test simulation tool landscape
• Engaging in a partnership culture, ways of working and environment where employees are engaged, demonstrating proactivity, strong performance, high professional ethics, and high energy
• Good understanding of Radio architecture and test scenarios
• Can do attitude with a good ability to adapt and respond to change
• Solid skills in negotiations, communication, mentoring, and ability to motivate and encourage people
