Assignment – Portfolio Manager within Data & AI

We are currently looking for a skilled Portfolio Manager to guide the strategic direction and ongoing development of a broad portfolio of solutions centered on Data and Artificial Intelligence. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including delivery teams, product developers, and business stakeholders—to ensure smooth execution and long-term growth of the portfolio.

The portfolio includes several programs tied to key business areas, and the overarching mission is to improve and streamline delivery capacity through strategic portfolio management.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the overall coordination and structure of the full portfolio
• Collect and present progress updates and key performance indicators across initiatives
• Identify and escalate delays, risks, dependencies, or blockers as needed
• Establish and support decision-making frameworks and prioritization processes that span multiple teams and functions
• Define and maintain governance models, including meeting structures and operating rhythms
• Promote the use of standardized tools, templates, and methods that enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in portfolio management, preferably within Data & AI or data-driven organizations
• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large programs or initiatives with measurable business impact
• Ability to drive portfolio alignment with strategic goals and long-term value creation
• Structured, strategic thinker with strong prioritization skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
