Logistics Developer

We are looking for a Logistics Developer for a company in Västerås. Start is in June, 6 months contract to begin with. Responsibilities / Tasks

Daily support of the production

Work with production support and take lead for logistic engineering activities.

Participate in the morning meeting structure and be a part of cross functional problem solving.

Buy and implement necessary tools and equipment to line

Educate operators in existing processes and way of working.

Methods and processes

• Manage and develop existing processes in the operation together with your team.
• Take ownership of processes in the operation to secure compliance with standards and regulatory demands or other internal guidelines.
• Take ownership of Engineering Dashboard and together work together with Logistic Engineer to secure progress
• Take lead for incoming packaging requirements that suits the process and give this to responsible packaging engineer.
• Be aware of existing shortcomings in the business and systematically work on these by running focused improvement projects.

About the project

• Take ownership of tasks in project to secure of delivery in time with correct quality and if deviations appear shall these be addressed to project- and responsible manager.
• Be able to act as technical project manager in your area of knowledge/responsibility and be able to manage a medium size team with responsibility of time plan, resource allocation and budget.
• Buy tools and equipment to line
• Be responsible for complete capacity over time for all logistic lines.
• Develop and maintain knowledge within the logistic processes and methods with in PNTL area of support towards production.
• Manage proposal for development and/or working tasks within Logistic.
• Secure that PNTL have correct support for RTO and other activities and suggest with actions to meet the need.
• Create and manage material flow processes för assembly lines

Requirements

For this role we believe that you have:

• A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience within Logistics.
• Have worked within Logistic Development for atleast 3 years.
• Used to working towards production / packaging.
• Can work 100% on site in Västerås.

Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.  This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Västerås. Start is in June, 6 months contract to begin with. Please submit your CV as soon as possible since we will review the applications on an on-going basis.
