Your new job
As the Communication Team Manager you’ll play an important part in the team, you will co-lead the communication assignment alongside the Communication Manager for Inter IKEA Group Enabling functions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the operational communication plan, ensuring alignment with stakeholders to maintain consistency. Through your team, you will oversee the creation and activation of communication content across relevant channels, aiming to inform and engage co-workers and stakeholders effectively. Additionally, you will ensure the necessary preconditions for delivering on the communication plan are in place, including securing resources, establishing efficient ways of working, and providing the appropriate tools.
On a typical working day, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the operational communication plan together with your team and colleagues across Inter IKEA Group. Ensure the creation, activation, and follow-up of communication content to inform and engage co-workers and other stakeholders. We are fully committed to working together across, and you will play a key role in driving collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the Inter IKEA Group communication community and other functions to ensure an integrated communication approach
- Lead and develop the communication team, creating conditions for both business excellence and personal growth.
- Translate long-term strategic priorities into clear, inspiring business objectives, steering the team towards achieving standout communication results that we can measure.
- Build trust and strong working relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic communicator with a solid background in communication planning and execution.
- Coach and influence leaders and co-workers, aligning them with business goals.
- Proactively solve problems and mitigate risks with a hands-on approach when needed.
- Contribute to impacting business strategies, priorities, and processes, and their successful implementation through communication and change communication.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and based in Malmö, Sweden. This role sits in the Communications function and reports to the Communication Manager Enabling functions, Inter IKEA Group.
