Chief of Staff of the CTO

The Red Hat Office of the CTO (OCTO) is looking for a Chief of Staff to join us. In this role as a key member of the VP of OCTO's leadership team, you will work closely with the VP and OCTO leadership to operationalize the organization. You will serve as an extension of the VP of OCTO, understanding the strategic vision and assisting with balancing priorities and maximizing the effectiveness of the leadership team. You should be able to proxy for the VP as needed. You will take on occasional strategic projects in support of the VP and the OCTO leadership team. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
