Green Tech student within CTO Office at Swedbank

We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join CTO Office to help shape the future of Sustainable IT at Swedbank. 

Your contributions will directly support efforts such as measuring the impact of our IT sustainability programs and coordinating follow-up activities, ensuring that our approach to sustainability is impactful.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Assist in developing and refining the Green Tech roadmap for Sustainable IT
• Create compelling awareness materials to communicate our sustainability efforts internally and externally
• Contribute to green tech initiatives, including impact measurement, tracking progress, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions that drive sustainability
• Participate in strategy sessions and provide insights on the intersection of technology and sustainability

What is needed in this role:

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Engineering, Business management) or similar
• For this role, it is required that you have a maximum of two years remaining in your ongoing studies.
• You should be able to commute to Swedbank's headquarters located in Sundbyberg, Stockholm at least 1-2 times a month and more if needed. 
• One must be proficient in both written and spoken English. 
• Previous work experience besides your studies related to IT, sustainability, or business management is desirable but not essential. 
• Passionate about combining sustainability with technology to drive positive change.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong analytical skills who thrives in dynamic environments who is innovative and creative.
