As Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll be a key player on-site – ensuring quality, safety, and technical precision across mechanical installations in complex industrial projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installations and coordinate with contractors at site
- Ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and industrial safety regulations
- Support commissioning and testing activities in close collaboration with engineers and clients
- Act as technical liaison between site activities and the engineering team
- Monitor progress, report deviations, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain site documentation and ensure a high level of safety culture
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in mechanical supervision or installation within process, petrochemical, or heavy industry
- Knowledge of Swedish industrial safety standards and mechanical systems
- Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain structured documentation
- Fluency in English (Swedish is an advantage)
- Relevant technical education or strong practical background
- Experience working in industrial environments such as Stenungsund, Lysekil, or similar is highly valued
