Software Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to lead our marketing technology initiatives and drive personalized, data-driven customer engagement. In this role, you will manage end-to-end CRM strategies, optimize marketing automation platforms, and deliver scalable, omni-channel campaigns to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams to implement seamless customer journeys, enrich lifecycle marketing, and generate actionable insights using enterprise MarTech platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement customer journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, web) using platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Lead CRM integration with Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) ensuring seamless data flows across systems.
- Set up nurture campaigns, lead scoring models, and lifecycle marketing programs to drive engagement and conversion.
- Oversee MarTech stack architecture and rollout strategies to support global campaign operations.
- Drive email production efficiency through automation, template libraries, and integration with tools like Git and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, data, and design teams to define KPIs and reporting dashboards.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, performance analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Build workflows and utilities using APIs for content personalization and template management.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in CRM and Marketing Automation across B2B and B2C segments.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong experience in CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and data governance principles.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
