Service Areas: Linköping & Norrköping Sweden.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee electric scooter operations across Linköping and Norrköping having at least 4 years of experience in fleet handling within a mobility company and able to manage and improve the performance, deployment and maintenance of electric scooter fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

To lead daily fleet operations from our warehouse in Linköping and to manage the deployment, collection of scooters across both cities.

Plan and execute efficient charging, battery swaps, and scooter distribution strategies.

To oversee regular maintenance and to ensure all safety and performance standards.

To direct the team to Respond to a real-time issues such as low battery levels, damages and rebalancing needs to maintain optimal fleet availability.

Able to keep a nice liaison and coordination with internal teams leaders as well as with service partners and other city stakeholders to ensure compliance and high service quality.

Analyze fleet performance data to drive improvements in efficiency, cost control, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet operations, scooter handling, or mobility roles.

Proven experience with electric scooter or micro-mobility fleet operations is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of fleet tracking tools, routing software.

Having sufficient organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Valid category B driving license is also required.

Fluency in either Swedish or English is required.
