Account Manager
We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our ambitious and kind-hearted team in Gothenburg.
Do you want to work in sales where you drive the entire process - from first contact to closing the deal? In this role, you’ll build long-term customer relationships, grow business opportunities, and help shape the future of our consulting services, with the full support of a collaborative and fast-moving team.

What you'll do- Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
- Building and developing strong, long-term client relationships
- Driving business growth together with our delivery- and consultant teams
- Matching the right expertise to the right customer needs
- Working closely with the team to continuously improve how we work and create long-term value for the organization
Your main focus will be the Gothenburg region, but you’ll also have the possibility to contribute to cross-border deliveries in places like Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki.
Who we think you areYou’re a self-driven, goal-oriented person who enjoys taking full ownership of your sales process, and gets energy from seeing results.
We believe you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- A strong track record of booking and leading client meetings
- A natural ability to build trust and navigate complex customer needs
- A genuine motivation to reach goals and continuously keep growing
