About the role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive marketing initiatives within the Wellbeing & Small Domestic Appliances (WB & SDA) category for our Business Area Europe & APMEA.

As Experience Marketing Director you will lead the development and execution of campaigns and product launches, driving product awareness and enhancing consumer experiences. Your role will focus on driving marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, and contributing to market leadership. You will oversee a high-performing team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and directly influence the commercial success of the category in the markets. In your role as Experience Marketing Director, you drive consumer experience excellence by prioritizing and managing the CX roadmap across all consumer touchpoints, collaborating with many different stakeholders over several functions.

In your role you leverage data analytics and digital tools to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and behaviors. As Experience Marketing Director It´s of essence to be a strong member of the Marketing Leadership team and influence the marketing mandate for the overall business. In your position you lead change management within the marketing organization, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools, strategies, and processes to stay ahead of industry trends.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for WB & SDA, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Harmonize product launches in collaboration with Global Marketing, Innovation, R&D, Commercial, Design and Market Activation teams, ensuring timely and impactful go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product teams, and external partners to align marketing efforts with broader corporate strategies and business goals.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance Electrolux’s market leadership by increasing brand/product visibility, consumer engagement, and market share for WB & SDA.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimized spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Lead and drive a strong marketing agenda in the WB Leadership team to support business performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and performance within a marketing team, developing talent and driving high engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10 of experience in marketing/ product management roles.
  • Proven track record of driving successful product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing, and CX management.
  • Experience in aligning product marketing strategies with sustainability goals and embedding eco-friendly practices into product narratives.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across regions and markets.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to lead through change, driving adoption of new strategies, tools, and processes.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for driving growth and challenging the status quo.
