About this opportunity:

We are looking for an Onboarding Project and Program Lead who will project manage, develop and execute an onboarding strategy and transform the onboarding experiences and processes. This will include (not exhaustively) position management, IT provisioning, learning assets and engagement moments, all in the ‘preboarding’ phase to keep candidates warm and nurtured before their first day at the company and set up for success from day one.

What you will do:

* Run a thorough discovery exercise on the existing onboarding program in the business. The onboarding scope in our team is ‘preboarding’; Candidate offer accept stage through to the new hire’s arrival on day 1.
* Develop a global onboarding strategy with local nuances where necessary.
* Project manage the transformation of onboarding offerings, including position management, IT provisioning and learning and engagement offerings.
* Ensure a consistent and seamless experience for new hires or users.
* Oversee the overall onboarding program and process.
* Prioritize efforts by coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders, such as across the People Organization (including Talent Acquisition), Security, Compliance, Marketing, Early Career Program Owners, Executive Hiring Leads and business leads.
* Monitor onboarding effectiveness through analytics and continuous feedback.


The skills you bring:

* Strong project management and organizational skills, leveraging tools such as Teams Planner and Trello, creating clarity and delivering strong results.
* Strong leadership.
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to set reasonable boundaries.
* Experience in driving onboarding programs or projects. Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, user experience, and program management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Leverages data to support strategy, project prioritization and decision making about the best solutions.
