For Business Area Europe APMEA, we are looking for Vice President of Digital & Marketing Operations, to lead the strategic direction and execution of digital marketing initiatives across the organization.
You will play an important role in the Europe APMEA Marketing Leadership Team.
Job Summary
The Vice President of Digital & Marketing Operations will lead the strategic direction and execution of digital marketing excellence initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in optimizing our paid media buying processes, enhancing the digital consumer experience, and driving collaboration across Commercial Areas to maximize investments and leverage technology effectively. Most importantly the role is to elevate Electrolux Group’s digital and media capabilities as a source of competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Paid Media Buying:
- Oversee and refine the paid media buying process to ensure operational and effectiveness excellence across the Business Area.
- Collaborate with Commercial Areas to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and launch a comprehensive social media strategy for the Group, enhancing brand presence and engagement across platforms.
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Influencer and Brand Ambassador Strategy:
- Deploy a robust influencer and brand ambassador strategy to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners.
- Digital Consumer Experience:
- Revamp the end-to-end digital consumer experience journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging interaction across all touchpoints.
- Utilize consumer insights and data analytics to inform enhancements and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and elevate Direct-to-Consumer Function:
- Work closely with the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team to align e-commerce sales strategies with digital marketing efforts.
- Drive initiatives that enhance online sales performance and customer loyalty.
- Investment Maximization and Technology Leverage:
- Efficiently manage marketing investments, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Leverage technology and real consumer data to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Lead the dotcom and one app North Star digital transformation journey :
- Collaborate with the relevant partners in CDI and Technology to revamp and bring to life a revamped digital experience to our consumers
- Maximize customer lifetime value through key strategic interventions and implementations of digital changes.
- Lead the Marketing Operations as function to drive rigor around program and project management
- Champion a culture of inclusion, collaboration and respect, living the group’s values enabling people perform at their best.
- Be a strong member of the Marketing Leadership team and influence the marketing mandate for the Business Area and Group where relevant.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, social media, and consumer experience. Industry focus: Consumer Electronics, High Tech/Media, Fashion which elevated digital experiences to a source of competitive advantage is desirable.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proven experience to lead amidst ambiguity, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders; creating and leading high performing teams among complex matrix environments on a regional and global scale.
- Experience in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer marketing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work agile and across different timezones.
