Location HR Business Partner GPQSS
The opportunity
We are currently looking for a junior HR Business Partner, Grid Integration in Sweden to support the highly dynamic Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS), Grid Integration business.
You as a person has a HR experience working in an international environment and has expertise in handling HR various HR tools and data. With ease, you manage and collaborate with people on all levels of the organization. How you’ll make an impact
- Responsible of assisting Day-to-Day activities that requires further intervention from HRBP perspective.
- Support the managers on handling HR data, channeling their requests towards the use of dashboards and reports.
- Support and manage the labour relations for the business.
- Implement HR process within the business, ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and ensure strong partnership with broad HR Team.
- Leadership culture & Talent management, identify, build talent bench strength together with the leaders in the organization. Utilizes our leadership pillars and Diversity360 to help drive culture and behavior connecting our people to potential.
- Proactively support & suggest on managing HR topics in talent management; provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities such as, performance management, learning and development, recruitment and onboarding, diversity and inclusion.
- Gather and monitor the KPIs in the HR agenda. Identify what issues are to have accurate data and take action to correct.
- You will involve in additional projects related to supporting GPQSS growth journey.

Your background
- 8-10 years of experience in HR
- You excel at using digital tools and have a proven ability to quickly adapt to new digital environments. Given that you will be handling large amounts of data, familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for future-focused topics such as AI and HR transformation projects.
- Proven track record in a HR related function, including experience in HR operations management, with international exposure.
- Sound understanding of business drivers, and how best to utilize HR as a business partner along with ability to manage and drive change and transformation projects.
- Knowledge of local Swedish labor market, legislations, and policies is an advantage
- Good communication skills. Excellent command over English and Swedish is a must, both written and spoken.
