Housekeeper (private homes cleaning)

Most of clients are located in Nacka, so preference will be given to candidates who live in or near Nacka. Stockholm (preference for candidates living near Nacka Forum or with a valid driving license to drive there)
Who we are looking for
Housekeeper: 75–100% (depending on availability and driving license)
Responsibilities
- clean according to established routines and quality standards;
- ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and thorough work;
- mintain clear communication with customers and the team via phone
Requirements:
- diving license or ability to commute to Nacka Forum within 30–45 minutes by public transport;
- ability to communicate in Swedish or English (understand your contract and handle phone conversations);
- no allergies to animals, dust, or cleaning chemicals;
- available Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Your profile:
- responsible and reliable;
- service-minded and enjoys helping others;
- communicates well and is comfortable speaking on the phone;
- likes having regular customers and a structured workday;
- is open to learning—experience is a plus, but we offer full training.
What the employer offers:
- part-time (75%) or full-time (100%) position depending on availability and driving license;
- permanent or hourly contract, starting after approved training;
- monthly salary according to collective agreement with Kommunal (home service);
- life, accident, and health insurance;
- company-paid travel time between customers and to/from the office;
- travel compensation: SL card, company car, or mileage compensation for private vehicle use;
- wellness allowance;
- paid training (before signing a contract);
- fixed customer base and structured schedules.
