Own and scale a core product with huge potential

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of our Insurance product - one of Sambla Group’s key growth areas. You’ll report directly to the Head of Products and take lead in owning the roadmap, strategy and performance, with a focus on growing recurring revenue, improving retention, and building long-term customer relationships through relevant products and digital experiences.

Insurance is already a high-performing product at Sambla Group, generating over 200 MSEK in annual revenue, and we’ve just migrated to a new platform to support the next phase of growth. You’ll step in at a pivotal moment, with a solid foundation in place and a clear mandate to scale, innovate and elevate the customer experience. We’re now strengthening the team around the product with more capacity in other areas of the company - and this is your opportunity to shape what comes next.

What you’ll do

• Own and lead the insurance roadmap, strategy and KPIs
• Drive initiatives that increase monthly paying users, retention and lifetime value
• Build customer journeys that combine strong UX with partner alignment and compliance
• Work cross-functionally and help shape team processes that enable efficient delivery
• Contribute to Sambla Group’s broader product portfolio and expansion strategy

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (Nordic language is a plus)
