About the Role

As a Design Associate, you’ll be working closely under the guidance of our Senior Art Director. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to a wide range of visual content and creative campaigns. You’ll be a key player in helping shape how the Sudio brand is perceived globally — across social, web, print, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop the global visual identity of the Sudio brand
• 
  
• Produce engaging, on-brand visual content across channels (social, web, press, etc.)
• 
  
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs and follow through on deliverables
• 
  
• Organize and oversee work with freelance creatives
• 
  
• Assist with template design for marketing and internal material
• 
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align on timelines and content needs
• 
  
• Contribute to motion design for ads, banners, and digital campaigns
• 
  
• Manage and evolve design production standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• 
  
• Photo retouching skills and an excellent design eye
• 
  
• Awareness of current trends in design, fashion, and culture
• 
  
• Front-end knowledge is a plus
• 
  
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong bonus
