Tech Lead - Integrations

The Tech Lead is responsible for ensuring that development and changes adhere to design and quality standards, follow established processes, and have a comprehensive understanding of the technology setup and integrations within a broader context. The Tech Lead also ensures operational stability, including business continuity of the solution in scope by leading incident, and problem management.
Your main responsibility is to lead technical development and ensuring operational stability and to independently and together with other developers implement new integrations as well as maintain existing integrations. Development is mostly done in Azure, where both proprietary systems as well as cloud-based systems are interconnected.
You will be part of a hybrid work environment, engaging closely with business stakeholders, IT partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and high-performing.

· At least 3 years of experience in development within integration, preferably in C# and .net architecture, ideally in a cloud-based environment such as Microsoft Azure.
· Experience with the following technologies: Azure, C#, .Net, XML, JSON, SQL, REST, Queues
· Experience with API-development and management like Azure APIM or similar.
· Experience with tools such as Visual Studio, Postman
· Very good understanding of integration architecture.
· Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Azure Devops.
· Strong analytical mindset and a drive to ensure high quality and business value.
· You communicate clearly and efficiently in both English and Swedish and have experience working in an international context.
