Bring your life
Are you passionate about partnering with managers to drive people strategies that enable business success? Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your HR expertise contributes directly to operational efficiency and organizational development? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you’ll do at Thule
As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our Supply Chain, Finance, and IT functions to support their development and performance from an HR perspective. This is a broad, hands-on role with a strong operational focus, where your main responsibility is to act as a strategic partner to leaders and translating business needs into practical HR actions that drive results.

Your work will involve supporting managers on organizational structure, workforce planning, and people-related decisions. You’ll be deeply involved in implementing HR processes and initiatives that reflect both global standards and local requirements, ensuring compliance while also supporting the daily realities of each function. You will also offer guidance in areas such as labor law, performance management, policy implementation, and leadership development.

This role plays an active part in supporting business efficiency, change initiatives, and structural growth, while also contributing to a positive and values-driven work culture. You’ll collaborate with your colleagues in the global HR team to continuously improve how we work and ensure consistency and quality across the organization.

What you bring
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with a few years of experience in a generalist or HR business partner role. Ideally within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You bring solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and feel confident advising managers on both day-to-day matters and strategic HR topics. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, as are strong digital skills and ease in working with HR systems and tools.

You are structured, business-minded, and proactive. With strong prioritization skills, you’re able to manage multiple topics simultaneously and enjoy finding actionable solutions to complex challenges.

It is considered a strong advantage if you have experience working with learning, competence development, and/or internal mobility initiatives. You understand the value of continuous growth, both for individuals and organizations, and how these areas contribute to building a sustainable and future-ready workplace.

Why you should join Thule
At Thule, we believe in strong team work both within your own team but also cross functional between teams. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing our knowledge and inspiring one another. Within Thule Group you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the outdoor company we are. We share the same values and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.

Hiring Process
Apply by submitting your application and resumé through “Apply for position” on our Thule Career Site. The application deadline is August 3, 2025.

Due to summer holiday, we will begin reviewing applications only after the application period has closed. No screening or interviews will be conducted before that, so all candidates will receive updates after the deadline. Kindly note that we do not accept applications via email.

If you have any questions about the role, feel free to contact our Talent Acquisition Partner, Oscar Persson, at Oscar.persson@thule.com

We look forward to hearing from you!
