They are now looking for a Group Reporting Manager who wants to help simplify, streamline, and strengthen the Group’s reporting processes. You will have a central role with broad impact - in a small, close-knit, and ambitious team environment.
About the Role
As Group Reporting Manager, you serve as a link between local accounting teams and the Group's accounting and consolidation function. You play a crucial role in planning, preparing, and publishing Ferronordic’s financial reports and report directly to the Group Head of Reporting.
The workplace is Ferronordic’s headquarters in Stockholm, where the team consists of five people. The role may eventually include some travel, mainly to Frankfurt where your immediate manager is based, but also to other units in the USA and Kazakhstan as needed.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with IFRS
- Responsibility for quarterly reporting packages including notes required for a listed company
- Participation in the development and maintenance of the Group’s accounting principles
- Intercompany reconciliations within the Group
- Collaboration with segment leaders to streamline and automate reporting
- Support in the implementation of ERP and consolidation systems
- Contribute to the accounting of the Swedish parent companies
- Participate in office-related tasks together with colleagues in the Stockholm office
Who We Are Looking For
We believe you have:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the field
- Solid knowledge of accounting, particularly IFRS
- Experience with consolidation
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English (fluency in Swedish is a requirement for this position)
Meritorious:
- Work experience from both audit firms and industry
- Experience with consolidation software (Cognos Controller, LucaNet, AARO)
You enjoy working in an environment where structure needs to be built and where you can help shape ways of working, processes, and routines. You can work independently as well as in a team. As a person, you are structured and solution-oriented in your work style and also possess the ability to work under pressure.
