Bruce Studios is now looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and execution-focused Product Manager to help shape and drive the product offering into its next phase.
Your mission
As Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Bruce’s product vision and roadmap. You will define and prioritize key features and initiatives that enhance the overall experience for both members and partner studios, leveraging data, insights, and technology.

You'll play a key role in ensuring that Bruce Studios continues to scale in a smart, focused, and human way - while embedding data, design, and technology into every step.
What youll do
- Own and manage specific areas of Bruce Studios' product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Studios to deliver seamless, engaging, and scalable product experiences.
- Drive product discovery, clearly defining user needs and translating these into actionable solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, including member growth, partner satisfaction, churn, and CLV.
- Foster a data-driven, hypothesis-driven product development culture, including A/B testing and iterative improvements.
- Continuously gather market intelligence and user feedback, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Actively contribute to embedding AI-driven personalization and automation into our member and partner journeys.
- Support the implementation of product rituals and frameworks (e.g., OKRs, sprint planning, weekly prioritization) to maintain momentum and clarity.
What we want you to bring
- 3+ years of experience in product management within digital, member-focused, or marketplace-driven environments.
- Proven track record of launching and optimizing digital products and features that drive measurable commercial impact.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to inform product decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, effectively collaborating with designers, developers, marketers, and operational stakeholders.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences with a strong focus on UX and design.
- Understanding or experience with subscription-based services, marketplaces, and the wellness or fitness industry is seen as a great advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate and champion product decisions.
- Proactive, curious, and driven by achieving clear, measurable results.
