Your New Role 

We are currently seeking an Order Administrator to join our client’s growing operations in Ludvika. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality order management services to both internal and external customers. 

You will play a key part in managing the end-to-end order process — from order quoting and processing to fulfilment, dispatch, and payment follow-up. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate handling of orders, and by proactively resolving any issues that arise.

In addition, you will support customers with order-related, technical, and payment-related inquiries, collaborating closely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain Management to secure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete order handling process, including entry, monitoring, and fulfilment.
  • Provide internal and external customer support, handling order and payment-related assistance.
  • Monitor and resolve order processing errors and delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure timely and accurate order execution.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and customer satisfaction targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 
  • Previous experience in administration or order management.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Swedish is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in SAP is highly beneficial.

Location & Working model: This position is based in Ludvika, with a possibility for hybrid working arrangements (up to 50% remote work once fully onboarded). Initial office presence will be required.
