Civil Supervisor

Are you a skilled and motivated Civil Supervisor ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced construction environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the daily performance of employees and ensure projects are executed with efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all civil aspects of ongoing projects, including duct banks, directional drilling, trenching, jack and bore, manholes, cable chambers, foundations (small to medium), excavation, aggregate supply, concrete work, and conduit installation.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules in coordination with the Project Manager and Master Scheduler.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist the Estimator with cost assessments for materials and subcontractor services.
• Attend site meetings, client briefings, and bid reviews as required.
• Perform quantity take-offs and translate plans into accurate labor, equipment, and material cost estimates.
• Maintain a detailed and organized database of project information for ongoing and future use.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Journeyman Trade Certificate.
• Strong physical stamina and proper lifting techniques (able to lift over 50 lbs).
• Good manual dexterity and physical coordination.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing work sites and tasks.
• Demonstrated work ethic and reliability.
• Cultural awareness and interpersonal sensitivity.
• High integrity, respectfulness, and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel or be on-call as needed.
