As part of this dynamic, fast-paced team, you’ll help define and build the future of conversion experiences with a strong focus on backend systems, frontend components, and personalized user journeys. This role offers an opportunity to lead initiatives across a wide spectrum of scale and complexity while collaborating closely with product, design, analytics, and engineering stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate within a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team focused on growth and monetization

Work on end-to-end features across backend and frontend for conversion surfaces used globally

Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs in close partnership with other internal teams

Implement personalized, high-quality web interfaces using modern technologies like React and Next.js

Support regional customization and legal compliance through technical flexibility

Participate in planning, technical design reviews, and cross-team product launches

Who You Are

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, diverse environment

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Engineer, building both backend and web products

Strong experience with React and Next.js for frontend development

Proven backend experience using Java, gRPC, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Solid foundation in system design, data structures, and scalable architecture

Skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements and APIs

Quality-driven and committed to shipping robust, well-tested solutions
