We are now looking for a substituting Team Leader for our returns team from 1st of September to February with a chance of extension.

We are looking for a team leader that will take care of the returns team of approximately 25 employees. The team leader will have a shared opening responsibility of the warehouse and works 7.15 - 16.15.

Main Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you oversee warehouse operations on a daily basis, coordinating tasks, ensuring workplace safety, and providing guidance to your team members regarding daily operations and whom to contact in different situations. To achieve this, you will receive ongoing support from your Department Manager.

We are looking for someone who

• Operational Specialist knowledge of handling return items
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, you quickly take on challenging situations
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to stay updated and tackle tasks with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to coach and motivate colleagues and teams.
• You are committed to the team and actively contribute positive energy to the group.
• You are an ambassador and role model for others at Sellpy.
• You are trustworthy and adapt your communication to a given situation.

Desirable:

• Prior work at Sellpy and knowledge in how we work
• Knowhow in Sellpy-admin, redash & WhenIWork
• Experience with- and well performed Sellpy-scores, quality & feedback
• Fork lift license
• Drivers licence
