The ideal candidate is fluent in Swedish, has good knowledge of the travel market, has a broad understanding of digital marketing, and can manage multiple projects at the same time.

About the role

As a Campaign Manager your responsibility will be to maximize the share of passengers across our passenger routes. You will be part of our Route Marketing teams, working closely with marketing functions to optimize all activity across the Swedish market. You will coordinate, advise and secure alignment of all our Baltic marketing activity.

This is a temporary position for 12 months to cover a parental leave, starting as soon as possible.

Main responsibilities:

• Support delivery of targets across passenger routes

• Coordination of initiatives and campaigns

• Manage key stakeholders

• Lead for tourist boards

• Develop partnership opportunities in collaboration with partnership managers

• Provide language and cultural support across route agile marketing teams

The position is based in Karlshamn. You will be reporting to the Head of Route Marketing.

DFDS’ marketing team is responsible for all consumer marketing activities across 8 routes, as well as providing marketing support for sales colleagues. More than 70 marketeers are based throughout Europe at DFDS office locations in Newcastle, Dover, IJmuiden, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Oslo, Klaipeda, Dieppe, Tallinn and Paris.

About you

Preferred professional candidate profile:

  • Skilled marketing professional with 2+ years experience across the marketing mix
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the travel industry
  • Profound knowledge of campaign management across digital channels
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing
  • Professional fluency in Swedish and excellent proficiency in English
  • Analytical, creative & innovative
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • A degree in Marketing or Business or a professional marketing qualification is desirable.
