Project Manager Advanced Sourcing

We are looking for a Project Manager Advanced Sourcing for a global company in Jönköping. Start ASAP, 4 months limited contract to begin with.

The Project Manager – Advanced Sourcing - leads strategic sourcing initiatives that support the development and optimization of digital platforms, CRM systems, and e-commerce capabilities. This role ensures that sourcing strategies align with digital transformation goals, customer experience enhancements, and technology roadmaps.

Tasks

• Providing direction, leadership and decision-making for the sourcing project for development and optimization of the digital platforms, CRM tools and e-commerce technologies. Both licensing as well as AMS and continuous development of the platforms.
• Defining, planning and executing project activities & setting priorities
• Monitoring, controlling & reporting the project progress & performance
• Closing the project & manage lessons learned
• Facilitating effective collaboration between the project & the line organizations
• Managing supplier relationships together with the project team
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), cybersecurity standards, and internal procurement policies are incorporated in the new vendor strategy.

Authorities

• Leading the project team, delegating tasks & authorities into the team
• Decision-making authority within the scope of the project
• Escalation to sponsor/steering group.

Accountabilities

• Successful delivery of the project
• Delivery of the project to scope, in time, in budget with minimum risk
• Alignment of the project with the program vision, mission & strategy
• Compliance with company standards & regulations for project management
• Transparency of the project (incl. status, risks and changes) toward the program management
• Risk Assessment in the Project

Competencies

• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques, Waterfall & Agile with a Hybrid approach
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or project management within digital commerce, CRM, digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including CRM, CMS, e-commerce platforms, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Experience with contract negotiation, vendor evaluation, and software licensing models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to navigate the project environment with sponsors and stakeholders
• Informed and timely decision-making that supports the overall project objectives
• Commitment to organizational integrity and best practices

This role requires fluency in both English and Swedish.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in the Jönköping area. Start is ASAP, 4 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% on-site in Jönköping.
