We are looking for a driven and experienced supervisor in concrete production for one of our customer companies. About the role

As a supervisor for concrete work, you are responsible for the daily production at the workplace. You plan, lead and follow up the work within the concrete elements, with the goal of keeping to schedule, budget and quality requirements.

You act as a central link between site manager, skilled workers and subcontractors, and work closely with others in the project organization to ensure smooth implementation.

Tasks

• Lead and coordinate concrete work on site
• Follow up production and ensure that schedules, resources and deliveries are kept
• Participate in planning meetings and contribute with technical expertise
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients, subcontractors and other partners

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a supervisor in concrete production
• Good knowledge of concrete structures, formwork and reinforcement
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating work groups on construction sites
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
• Certifications such as BAS-U are a requirement

Meritorious:

• Relevant education in construction technology or equivalent experience
• Concrete class 1 and other work environment training
