Experienced IT Project Manager – Digitalization Change Management

We are seeking an Experienced IT Project Manager to join our client in a major digitalization program. You will act as an IT sub-project manager/agile initiative driver, supporting the program manager with a focus on communication, change management, and driving transformation in a global environment.

• ~8 years of experience managing IT projects (waterfall & agile)
• Strong skills in agile methods and hybrid project models
• Excellent communicator in Swedish & English with proven ability to simplify complexity
• Experience in large, international organizations with IT PMO reporting
• Skilled in delivering feasibility studies, documentation, and presentations

• Previous experience from large industrial enterprises
• Background in Digital Workplace, IT Security, or IT Platforms
• Experience with Jira, Antura, Confluence, Teams

Scope: Full-time (100%)
Location: Linköping or Stockholm (hybrid)
Travel: Required, based on project needs
Language: Swedish & English
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: According to agreement
