Mission
As a Manufacturing Worker, you will be responsible for applying and managing standardized manufacturing and production methods. You’ll play an active role in continuous improvement and help ensure safety, quality, and performance across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply standardized processes in manufacturing and production, including basic maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and report risks related to health, safety, quality, and environment.
- Record performance metrics and escalate deviations in safety, quality, or performance.
- Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with operational standards.
- Perform Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance activities.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by your manager.
