Embedded Linux Developer Medtech

Assignment Description

Required:

· At least 5+ years of experience as a software developer working in Linux development environment

· Solid experience from working with secure embedded systems, eg. security hardening, secure boot, cryptography, secure communication & coding practices.

· Solid knowledge of Embedded Linux systems, low level software (drivers, wireless communication), Yocto.

· Strong experience of C++ and RobotFramework

· Source control systems experience (Git, Gitlab and/or GitHub)

· Result-oriented and cooperative team-player

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Favourable:

· Practical experience with SCRUM and agile methods

· Previous experience from medTech or similar industry.

Other relevant information

You will be part of a cross-functional team working with company's Embedded Linux platform on Guide. The team is using SCRUM framework in scaled agile environment, serving several projects. The team handles requirements, implementation, testing, documentation and release of new functionalities as well as maintenance of existing code base.

Responsabilities:

GUIDE stands for Getinge User Interface Design Environment and is a modular system containing all the pieces needed to design develop and produce a screen user interface for medical devices. Guide consist of a hardware team and a SW team. The software teams have two focus areas; the linux platform and GUI.

- Work packages related connectivity and cyber security
