* Proven experience as an Omakase or high-end sushi chef

* Deep knowledge of Japanese culinary traditions, sushi preparation, and seasonal ingredients

* Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and aesthetic presentation

* Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety

* Excellent communication and guest interaction skills and creating a personal, elevated dining experience
