Join an exciting assignment within the retail fashion industry as a project coordinator  working closely with a dynamic commercial & procurement team. Based in their Stockholm office, this full-time consulting role offers the opportunity to grow in a collaborative and commercial environment. The assignment runs from October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

About the role:

In this role, you’ll support a global fashion retailer’s procurement function by coordinating cross-functional projects and assisting with contract and stakeholder management. Reporting to a senior Commercial Advisor, you’ll help drive procurement initiatives and support day-to-day commercial activities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate procurement-related projects from initiation to delivery
  • Facilitate collaboration between product stakeholders, vendors, and partners
  • Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including extensions, renegotiations, and terminations
  • Support procurement and commercial processes, including call-offs and documentation
  • Assist with negotiations and contribute to vendor governance
  • Provide operational support to the senior Commercial Advisor
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure efficient project follow-ups
About you:

You are an ambitious junior or associate-level consultant with a few years of experience in project coordination or commercial support roles. Your ability to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape and your proactive approach to problem-solving make you a strong team player. Experience in purchasing or procurement is highly beneficial. You thrive in environments that value transparency, collaboration, and a non-hierarchical approach.

Experience and skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience in project or program coordination
  • Previous exposure to procurement, purchasing, and contract management 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Pragmatic, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Experience with negotiation or deal-making is a bonus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
