We’re now looking for a Technical Specialist – Automatic Milking Systems (AMS) to join our expert team and support our cutting-edge Voluntary Milking System (VMS) and Automatic Milking Rotary (AMR) solutions.

Your role: Be the expert behind the innovation

As a Technical Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of dairy technology, supporting our global network with your expertise. You’ll work closely with engineers, developers, and service teams to ensure our AMS products deliver exceptional performance on farms around the world.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support to global markets via our helpdesk (Zendesk).
• Collaborate with Product Development on testing and validation of new features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
• Visit farms to support installations and resolve complex technical issues.
• Deliver hands-on training and knowledge transfer to service teams worldwide.

What you will bring

• Experience in technical support, ideally within the dairy or agri-tech industry.
• A degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with helpdesk systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a structured mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across cultures and disciplines.

Additional information

This is a full-time permanent position based at DeLaval’s headquarters in Tumba, south of Stockholm. The position will report to the Technical Specialist Manager AMS. We offer a hybrid workplace model, allowing flexibility to work remotely. Occasional travel is required in the role.
