Information Security Manager - Group Risk

Are you eager to advance information and cyber security within Group Risk, especially in light of cloud adoption and AI integration challenges?In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Advocate and promote information security and cyber defence culture in the Group Risk function
• Identify information assets, classifying these by criticality, managing security risks throughout the process and ensuring protection throughout their lifecycle.
• Support the Risk Portfolio by collaboratively applying Swedbank’s Information Security Standard into our processes and IT services.
• Support the Senior Responsible for Information Security in Group Risk by understanding and remediating deficiencies in Security Risk Management.

What is needed in this role:

• Ideally, 3+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or IT operations, with expertise in security frameworks, relevant legal standards, and data management principles.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong ability to understand and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven capability to collaborate and coordinate effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at translating technical standards and governance frameworks into actionable, real-world solutions.
