Application Engineer

About the job

In this position, you provide technical expertise and support, both internally and externally, regarding our products and services. Your responsibilities span both pre-sales and post-sales activities, from analyzing customer needs and proposing solutions, to troubleshooting implementation challenges and delivering training to educate partners on features of their purchase.

Your mission includes:

• Exploring, identifying and developing new and existing application areas.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during and after implementation.
• Developing test applications and customer-specific components.
• Collaborating with design engineers to ensure products are configured and installed to meet customer requirements.

This role is based in southern Sweden, and international travel is a natural part of the job.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with experience in CAD/CAM and practical knowledge of metal cutting. You’re comfortable creating tooling packages and have a basic technical education or equivalent work experience. You understand sales processes and ideally have a few years in a similar role. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
