Love fast-paced service, seasonal produce, and leading by example? Join as our Sous Chef @BOTICA and help run a tight, creative kitchen where teamwork, flavour, and consistency come first.
What you’ll do
- Lead the line, coach the team, and keep service smooth from mise en place to last plate.
- Own quality and consistency, jump on specials, and keep HACCP standards on point every shift.
- Pitch ideas for seasonal dishes, manage prep and pars, and sync with suppliers and the Head Chef.
What you bring
- Solid experience as Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up, with calm under pressure and a positive vibe.
- Great communication in English; Swedish a plus, kitchen-Swedish welcome.
- Hands-on leadership, eye for detail, and love for modern techniques and smart prep.
