đŒ How Youâll Make an Impact
- Lead overall project management and customer engagement across your region.
- Drive PL sales, cash landings, and manage risks and opportunities.
- Oversee project control, procurement, and logistics activities.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and site management teams.
- Foster a âOne-Network Controlâ team culture with a mindset of ownership and alignment with broader Business Unit/Enterprise Software Solutions goals.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers, ensuring a balance of technical and interpersonal skills.
đ Your Background
- Masterâs or Engineering degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio and project management.
- 5+ years in project office leadership within fast-paced environments.
- Experience in global, matrix organizations; preferably with software industry exposure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record in change management and delivering results through influence.
